- 3 (8 oz) blocks mozzarella cheese
- 1 (8.5 oz) jar sun-dried tomatoes, drained and halved
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 Tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- Rosemary stems, as garnish
Slice
mozzarella blocks into 1-inch cubes and place cubes along with sun
dried tomato halves into a large baking dish. Whisk together olive oil,
parsley and the rest of the ingredients together and pour over cheese
and tomatoes. Cover and let marinate for 8 to 24 hours.
